Three Dairy Free So Delicious Holiday Smoothies

Last week, I got a special delivery of limited edition holiday flavors of So Delicious Coconut Milk drinks including: Nog, Pumpkin Spice, and Mint Chocolate. And what better way to celebrate then with smoothies. I shared each with some of my students and they lovvvvvved them all.

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

ingredients
2 cups So Delicious Nog
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup mashed pumpkin (optional)
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into serving glass; serve chilled.

Nog Smoothie

ingredients
2 cups So Delicious Nog
1 frozen banana
1 tb liquid sweetener (honey, agave, stevia)
1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into serving glass; serve chilled. You can add 3 ounces of liquid courage aka alcohol of your choice for an adult smoothie.

Mint Chocolate Smoothie

ingredients
2 cups So Delicious Mint Chocolate
1 frozen banana
1 tb liquid sweetener (honey, agave, stevia)
1 cup ice
2 tbs dark chocolate chips, melted chocolate, or cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour into serving glass; serve chilled.
