If you recall two weeks ago, I posted about Summer Streets in Manhattan. I made mention of a event taking place on the last Summer Street and the time has come! Tomorrow at 10:45am, bike, skate, walk, run down to the Foley Square Stop (between Duane and Centre Streets) for a tweetup. We will be ziplining. by Emory Moore In the 80′s, I used to teach exercise teachers and I taught private as well as group classes in health clubs. As such I had to master the standard exercise vocabulary of the time. I found that the exercises themselves were not inherently flawed, but the execution and the depth of understanding was directed toward the development of muscle for esthetics instead of the improvement, restoration or
