I had a chance to attend the Fashion Stars event at H&M. Amongst all the stars, press, and wine, a dress stood out from the crowd.
H&M moves up and onward with showcasing pieces that are sustainable, wearable, and affordable by fusing glam with recycled fabrics and organic cotton.
From the Exclusive Glamour Collection, this limited edition evening dress (1,000 pieces were made and each is individually numbered) features creamy white organic cotton and silk bouclé at the top, with an organza plissé meringue skirt.
I did purchase this Organic cotton dress from the Eco-Conscious collection because I could not resist it’s cuteness and affordable price.
Here are some of the other notable dress from the Glamour Collection.
A. Sand recycled polyester crepe dress with contrast colour embroidery and removable skirt. $199
B. Bustier wrap recycled polyester dress in burnt tangerine. $69.95
C. Floor-length lemon recycled polyester gown. $79.95
D. Acid green recycled polyester organza shift with rhinestone embellishments. $79.95
E. Organic cotton mini dress with pleated skirt and tone on tone applications. $69.95
