Just in Time: Fresh Cranberry Salsa

ingredients
1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
1/2 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded
1 bunch cilantro
3 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2+ cup agave or honey (adjust for sweetness preference)
salt to taste

Combine cranberries, cilantro, onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic, lime juice, sweetener, and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a medium blade. Chop to medium consistency.
Place in the refrigerator. You can serve cold or at room temperature.
